New to this football season, we are testing out providing live streaming links and replays of UK football games. The Wildcats take on Ohio tomorrow (Saturday) at 3:30 PM (Eastern). After last week’s awesome start of the season for the Cats, it will be interesting to see how they do against a better opponent. It also appears that Heard and Blue will sit out this game while continuing to rehab the minor injuries they suffered last week against UT Martin. See below for streaming and TV info, and check out our REPLAYS page about 10 minutes after the game for a replay to become available to watch.
TV CHANNEL INFORMATION:
TV Network: ESPNU
Channel on DirecTV: 208
Channel on Dish Network: 141
Channel on Cable: Varies with provider and location–look it up with TitanTV.
LIVE VIDEO STREAM:
We plan on having several different streaming options available on our live streaming page. You can also watch a live stream of the game over at Watch ESPN / ESPN3 if you are a cable subscriber with access to WatchESPN.
LIVE AUDIO STREAM:
You can also listen to the game online straight from UK Athletic’s All Access website without any restrictions. Using this link, you can also listen to the pre-game and post game shows, which are always entertaining. The pregame show starts around noon (Eastern). If you have issues with this link, try out the iHeart WLAP 630 station.
INTERACTIVE LIVE BLOG:
Want to get some play-by-play and interact with fans in real time while the game is on? Then head over to Kentucky Sports Radio about 10 minutes before game time to participate in their live blog.
Our favorite place to discuss all things UK football with fellow CATS fans is over at CatsIllustrated. There are a lot of people over there with a ton of UK football knowledge, so it’s definitely worth checking out.
UPDATE: Both the commercial free replay and a replay of the Tom Leach & Mike Pratt radio broadcast synced to the TV broadcast are ready to go.
Hi folks, a “quick” 720p HD replay of today’s Kentucky vs. Dominican Republic rematch is ready to go! This version includes all the commercials (you can easily scrub through them), and I am currently working on the regular commercial free version (it’ll still be a few hours before it is ready). Also, late tonight I plan on having a replay of the Tom Leach & Mike Pratt radio broadcast synced up to the TV broadcast.

These quick replays have worked well for most but have produced errors for some people. I still have not pinpointed what has been causing the errors, but all I can say is to try the video out in all the major browsers (Google Chrome seems to work the best, then Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari) if you are having issues.
This was the final game of UK’s Bahamas summer tour, so the next broadcast will be Big Blue Madness two months from today on October 17th.
