720p HD Replay of 2016 Jordan Brand Classic

On Friday night, the Jordan Brand Classic high school basketball all-star game aired on the tele, and we’ve put together a replay for you to enjoy in 720p60 format.

2016-2017 Cats “Bam” Adebayo, De’Aaron Fox, Wenyen Gabriel, and Malik Monk all participated in the game, as did UK target Marques Bolden. I won’t give any major spoilers of the game, but this one was definitely more entertaining to watch as a UK fan than the recent other two all-star games (apart from the announcers for most of the game).

The actual game that counts will air on Wednesday night, and I’ll do my best to have a replay of it available on the site ASAP (most likely sometime in the middle of the night).

VIDEO of Edrice “Bam” Adebayo Committing to the University of Kentucky

Edrice “Bam” Adebayo, the #6 overall player for the 2016-2017 basketball season (according to ESPN) announced this morning on Mike and Mike that he will be attending the University of Kentucky next season!

I put together a video of the entire announcement for you to enjoy below. Coach Cal even joins in on the phone after Bam’s announcement!

If you aren’t familiar with Bam’s game, he has a similar build, athleticism, and game to Dwight Howard. Here is a Mixtape of him in action.

This announcement was first heard about last night–it kind of came out of nowhere. Until new rumors swirled around last night, he was more or less considered a lock to NC State as he is from North Carolina and is really good friends with Dennis Smith (they’ve played together since the 8th grade)… but you can never count Cal out!

So that makes four commitments for Kentucky for the 2016-2017 season in Sacha Killeya-Jones, Wenyen Gabriel, De’Aaron Fox, and now Bam Adebayo. There are still several recruits out there with UK scholarships–Malik Monk, Thon Maker, Rawle Alkins, Kobi Simmons, Marques Bolden, Jarrett Allen, Udoka Azubuike, and Michael Cage Jr. Who’s next?

VIDEO of De’Aaron Fox Committing to the University of Kentucky

De’Aaron Fox, the #1 PG for the 2016-2017 class (and #3 player overall according to 247 Sports Composite Rankings) publicly announced today on the ESPNU signing day special that he will be attending the University of Kentucky next season!

I put together a video of the entire announcement for you to enjoy below.

If you aren’t familiar with Fox’s game, you need to watch this Hoopmixtape that was released earlier today. The kid is going to be special at UK.

So that makes three commitments for Kentucky for the 2016-2017 season in Sacha Killeya-Jones, Wenyen Gabriel, and now De’Aaron Fox (four if you count Tai Wynyard, who is expected to join this year’s squad in December). There are still several recruits out there with UK scholarships–Malik Monk, Thon Maker, Edrice “Bam” Adebayo, Rawle Alkins, Kobi Simmons, Marques Bolden, Jarrett Allen, Udoka Azubuike, and Michael Cage Jr. Who’s next?
