The time is finally here folks. Kentucky’s 2014-2015 season tips off with the first of two exhibition games on Sunday, November 2nd at 7:00 PM (Eastern) as the #1 Wildcats take on Pikeville. It will be interesting to see what Cal does with the platoons during this game as there are tons of combinations that he could put on the floor–he could go big, small, quick, defensive minded, free throw shooting, etc. From what I’ve heard, Pikeville is no slouch either, as they are the #1 or #2 ranked team in the preseason NAIA polls, so they’re at the top of their league. I’m still expecting a major blowout though, and anything less will definitely stir the pot with all the platoon haters.
Check back on the site 5-10 minutes after the scrimmage ends for a replay to appear.
